Local villagers prepare black carp, a key ingredient to cook braised fish in Vu Dai commune, Ly Nhan district, northern Ha Nam province, Vietnam, on Dec. 5, 2018. Fish braised in earthenware pots is a famous traditional dish of Vietnam's northern Ha Nam province.
