Qinzhou's Export to RCEP Pass 10 billion RMB

According to the Customs Office of Qinzhou, Qinzhou's imports and exports with RCEP countries reached 11.74 billion yuan, marking a 29.5% year-on-year increase. The Customs Office of Qinzhou has issued 87 certificates of place of origin, with the value of related goods reaching over 50 million yuan. “After RCEP entered into force, we soon became the first certified RCEP exporter in China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone with the instruction provided by the Customs Office,” said Zhou Ju, Customs Affairs Manager of Guangxi Jin Gui Jiang Pulp & Paper, who added that, "Now, we can finish the declaration of origins by simply showing the certificate and complete custom clearance in a minute. With increased custom clearance efficiency and reduced trade cost, our competitiveness in foreign trade has improved." In 2022, the company"s export value to RCEP countries increased 2.5 times yearly. The export value of paper and paper products in Qinzhou reached 2.67 billion yuan, showing a 381.2% annual increase and a strong growth momentum.
